There are other shared outdoor spaces off the parking lot, including a firepit that can be used on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please do not leave the fire unattended.

This is an older home with all the charm and unique qualities that go with it. Appliances, HVAC and plumbing have all been updated, however, the basement is old style cellar and locked off. Access is not available for guests.
