Fantastic location near KU campus. The off street parking was super handy. Comfy beds and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend!

When we come to Baldwin City and will definitely be back at Maple Leaf Cottage. The house was clean and comfortable and in a good location. There are many bedrooms if you need a larger space. Appreciate that dogs are accepted. Thank you

This is our 3rd year coming to KU. The house was only a 17 minute drive to Lawrence. Easy to get to, quiet neighborhood, LOVED reconnecting with Pac-Man. And some north the other games. Bedding was super clean and comfy beds. Clean, clean, clean. We enjoyed our stay!!!

this is a beautiful home in a perfect location our family felt right at home ! we spend a week in Lawrence and it was a perfect stay. i highly recommend to anyone who want to be close to downtown.

The Good: Comfortable little house, good price compared to other places in town, bed was comfortable, good pillows, lots of space, good location in town, responsive host. The not good/opportunities for improvement: Its an Old house heats unequally, linens were stored messily in kitchen (balled up on the shelves), the kitchen pans need replaced (all scratched and peeling) kitchen carpet was dirty and salty (sidewalk salt because it was winter), host messages too much--however has been friendly. Overall, we would stay there again due to the pricepoint, but it would be nice if the host decreased the messages they send by at least 50%.

So nice to have 3 bedrooms for a moderate price. Small bathroom, but doable. Loved the attention to decorating. Made it feel like home

Super cute space in downtown Lawrence. Easy check in and plenty of room for our group.

We stayed as an extended family for a funeral. It happened to be a busy weekend in Lawrence and wound up being the perfect place.

Host was very responsive and helpful. The place was easy to find and to access upon arrival. The house was really loud with creaking and tapping on walls and pipes and the old heater in our room and woke us up a couple of times. I wish we could have stayed longer so we could have enjoyed to lake and walking paths which were a short walk from the house. It is a beautiful location and we would stay here again in the future.

Some of our competitive volleyball team stayed here instead of a hotel and were so glad we did. The girls bonded, the moms became besties, and we all had a great time. (We even made friends with some neighbors) The home was huge, the hot tub was great, and the hosts were communicative, helpful, and responsive.

William was the best host we’ve had in our Airbnb stays, with quick responses to any and all questions that any of us had! His listing met all our needs and we all enjoyed our family time there. The kitchen is amazing with so much counter space, professional fridge/freezer, ice maker, filtered water available, and several coffee options. We also loved that each of the 3 bedrooms had their own bathroom and the washer and dryer was a plus! Also, a few of us enjoyed the hot tub! This family time together will be long remembered by our family!! Thanks Bill!

Dom was wonderful as a host during a difficult time in our lives. The blizzard caused some delays in getting to the apartment and with the loss of my Mom during our stay we had a local place to regroup before heading home. Thank you for the care you gave to us.

Our trip was for a small surprise party/family reunion. The house was spacious with an open floor plan, which was great for the 10-12 people we had. It allowed us the space to be all together in one room. Also enough bedrooms to accommodate all of us comfortably. Hot tub was nice as well as the backyard setting, wish it was warmer to use the pool. Only downside as mentioned before were the 2.5 baths for so many people. We made it work and enjoyed our stay.

Location is perfect for walking to KU campus. It was very clean. Perfect for our fur babies. Spacious home with updated amenities throughout. It was everything we wanted for our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday.

My husband and I were very satisfied with our stay. Was especially impressed at the quick response that ANNA gave every time I texted her. The neighbors upstairs weren’t so bad and the noise is to be expected in that type of a unit on the lower ground. I would stay here again.

Eden was such a lovely host to work with--very friendly, flexible, and accommodating. Her place is very spacious, with 3.5 bathrooms, two living areas, and two kitchens. It would be great for two families staying together. Thanks Eden!
