I value comfort, honesty, and thoughtful hosting. To help you enjoy a smooth and relaxing stay, here are a few gentle reminders and helpful notes:
👵🏼👴🏻 Very Senior Friendly - This is a bungalow home, with just a step or two inside the Kasa. Definitely no tricky steps/stairs or slopes to enter the Kasa from the street.
🌡️ Hot Showers
The hot showers work well, though they may take a minute or two to fully warm up. For longer use, a short rest between showers helps maintain the temperature.
Fresh Linens/Blankets are included.
Extra beds must be requested in advance.
Fresh towels are also available upon request - add on fee.
🔥 BBQ Use
Planning to use the grill? Just let us know in advance so we can prepare it for you. Otherwise, we will assume you will not use it and won't prepare it.
👟 No Shoes Indoors
For a cleaner, cozier space, we kindly ask guests to remove their shoes inside. Indoor slippers are provided.
Oven and microwave is currently unavailable.
🌼 Preserving the Home’s Charm
Please do not move furniture, decors or pick flowers and plants. Every detail was placed with care to maintain the warm, welcoming feel of the home. We may also change/remove throws, cushions, curtains and or decors based on availability.
🔇 Quiet Hours
In line with Baguio City policies, please observe quiet hours after 10 PM to respect our neighbors and the peaceful surroundings.
🚭 No Smoking
Baguio city is a smoke free city. This house is a smoke free house.
🗑️ Clean Garden Guidelines
Help us keep the garden lovely by using the designated trash bins — thank you for disposing of waste thoughtfully.
🚪 Garage Access
The kitchen door to the garage is not open for guest use.
🎁 Complimentary Supplies are provided per reservation, should you need more, some are available at a minimal fee.
🧹 The Kasa is personally prepared and freshly cleaned for each stay. Your comfort and overall happiness in mind. But please do note this huge house has a few scruffs and permanent marks, regular wear and tear, that does not equate to a refund or a discount. - This is not a typical cookie cutter apartment. It is a well-loved home.
📶 WiFi Notes
WiFi is available and the main router is inside the house. In rare cases of power interruption, guests may be asked to plug the router into a portable power supply. For service interruptions, the host require access for quick troubleshooting if needed.
⚡ Power /Water Interruptions/WIFI outages
Baguio occasionally experiences power outages, especially during stormy weather. During these times, electric appliances (e.g., microwave, kettle, electric stove, water heater) will not be of use.
To help ensure your comfort, the host may provide when available:
• A gas stove & propane tank for meal prep
• Candles or flashlights, and fresh batteries
• A charging extension, if available, so you can keep phones powered up.
• Extra gallons of water
• Use of an alternative Prepaid router
These occurrences are part of the amenity limitations noted in the listing.
