Included amenities in the apartment:
• Living and dining area for 6 people.
• Kitchen equipped with a breakfast bar, utensils, necessary items, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee maker (coffee not provided).
• Three bedrooms: two with two double beds each and one with a king-size bed.
• Two inflatable mattresses with extra sheets for additional guests.
• Two full bathrooms and one-half bathroom.
• Washer, dryer, iron, and cleaning utensils.
• Air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, plus ceiling fans.
• 55-inch TV in the living room with Netflix, 35-inch TV in the master bedroom, internet, and workspace in each room.
• 1 Personal parking space.
• Extras: baby car seat, collapsible crib, bathtub, baby rocker, beach umbrella and chairs, beach mats, cooler, two beach bikes (one with a baby seat), among others. (Ask about availability for each extra.)

Important Points to Consider:
Check-in and Check-out:
At Kasa Parota, we aim to be flexible with our guests. However, late check-ins after 10 pm or early check-ins before 3 pm are subject to cohost availability and may incur an additional hourly fee. Please coordinate this with the cohost at least one day before your arrival or departure.
Deposit:
A refundable cash deposit of $2,000 pesos ($150 USD) is required. This deposit will be refunded if the property is returned in the same condition. Any excess kWh usage will be deducted from this deposit.
Administrative Fines:
Any fines incurred for not following condominium rules must be paid immediately and in cash.
Guests engaging in inappropriate behavior or disturbances inside or outside the apartment will be asked to leave by security without a refund.
Subletting:
Subletting the apartment is strictly prohibited. The person booking must be the one occupying the apartment with their companions. Violations will result in a penalty of $10,000 pesos.
Car Rentals:
Car rentals are available through a partnered agency with exclusive rates for Kasa Parota guests.
Apartment Capacity:
The apartment accommodates up to 10 people. The water tank has an automatic filling schedule:
9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
3:00 PM to 4:00 PM
8:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Mobility and Coexistence:
To maintain harmony with neighbors, please move only necessary furniture (e.g., beds). Avoid fines from the complex administration, which will be charged immediately to the tenant.
Lease Agreement:
A lease agreement through Airbnb is required to protect the property in case of any legal issues.
