This home is in a scenic location.
A magnificent Arabic style beach front villa, coral beach in front and sandy beach at the back. Private pool with ocean view. The villa is borderingVasco Da Gama pillar, a Unesco World heritage site. Two private accesses to the beach, 10 minutes by car from the center of Malindi. Accommodation includes Chef (food at your expense), housekeeping, gardener and night watchman and an alarm system from a trusted security company. Perfect for those looking for a quiet place to work or for a holiday.

Guest access
All the house, the garden and the swimming pool are in the exclusive use for guests.

PS: Our swimming pool is 2.3m deep on the deep end. We strongly recommend that parents and caregivers are around when children are swimming because there's no life guard.

Other things to note
We are located right in front of the ocean, so you have the sound of the waves and the breeze 24 hours a day. Vasco Da Gama pillar is on the right and Scorpio villas Bar/Restaurant on the beach is on our left.

Two private gates give access on the sandy Silversand beach or on the rocks of Vasco Da Gama UNESCO national reserve. To visit the Vasco pillar, you can purchase a valid ticket available just in front of Cagiugia main gate.
