Location: 4th Floor, Tower D, Shell Residences (Shell Residences is the condo closest/nearest in proximity to MOA)

- Occupancy is 2 to 3 guests only, including children. The space is tight if 3 guests.
- Only registered guests are allowed in the unit. Visitors are not allowed. Extra person fee of Php350 per head after 2 guests. Children above 6 years old will be charged as 1 adult. 2 children below 6 years old will be charged as 1 adult. In no case shall more than 3 persons (whether adult or child) be allowed in the unit.
🚩 IMPORTANT FOR SAME-DAY BOOKINGS:
For same-day bookings, please send the valid IDs of all guests immediately after booking so we can process your Guest Authorization with Shell Residences building administration. Please note that Self Check-in may NOT be available for same-day bookings if the Guest Authorization has not yet been released by the building admin. In such cases, Shell Residences requires guests to be personally assisted by our staff during check-in. We require at least 2–3 hours lead time from the time of booking to coordinate with building administration, prepare the unit, and travel to Shell Residences for guest assistance. If you need to check-in within less than 2–3 hours from booking, please DO NOT book us right away, but instead send us a message first to confirm, as we may not be able to accommodate rushed same-day arrivals.
🚩 We conduct regular professional pest control to maintain a clean and comfortable space. However, due to the tropical climate in the Philippines with sudden weather changes and the nature of residential buildings with many people in close proximity, small ants, fruit flies, or other small creatures may still find their way into the room and it is nearly impossible to eradicate them 100%. If you're particularly sensitive to this, our unit may not be the best fit for you.
- To help you settle in comfortably, we provide complimentary starter supplies including toiletries, drinking water, and other basic essentials upon arrival. These are provided as a starter kit for your convenience, and guests are encouraged to purchase additional supplies as needed based on the length of stay and group size.
- The unit is cleaned and completely sanitized prior to check-in. Guests can borrow our sanitized rubber house slippers.
- Please help us maintain a clean space. Wash dishes you may use and throw away your trash daily. To avoid attracting ants or other pests, kindly clean up any food crumbs or spills right away, especially from the floor.
- 1 complementary housekeeping service will be provided for every stay of at least 7 nights, upon request. Additional housekeeping service will be charged a cleaning fee of Php 1,000 (20 USD)
- Please switch off AC when not in use or when stepping out. Keep AC temperature at 21° to 24° C, so as to avoid malfunction or other issues.
- If you wish to use the pool, pool fees apply. Kindly inform us at least 1 day ahead so we can secure the pool tickets for you. Pool fee per person is Php150 (3 USD) on regular days and Php300 (6 USD) on holidays.
- There is paid parking onsite. Note though that this can become very expensive, especially if staying overnight (upwards of Php1,300 if parked all-day and overnight). Hourly rate is Php50 for first 4 hours, then Php50 per succeeding hour in excess of 4 hours. Overnight surcharge of Php300, in addition to the hourly rates.
🚗✈️🙉Since the condo is centrally located near the airport and just a short walk from SM Mall of Asia, guests may occasionally hear airplane sounds or some traffic noise.
- The Security team in Shell Residences is strict and, thus, as part of securing the vicinity, they tend to ask guests at what unit they are staying at. Please simply tell them our unit number and that you are our guests. Thank you for understanding.
Guest access
Guests can use the whole apartment. We do have some storage areas that are off-limits.
Other things to note
• Please provide us a copy of each guest's Government ID OR passport at least 2-3 days before your arrival. We are required by our building administration and security to submit your IDs. Without this, we will not be able to host you.
• Please treat our space with care & respect and help us keep the place neat & tidy at all times.
• Please note that we are not a hotel. We neither have room service nor do we serve breakfast. We do not have 24/7 concierge. We will try to help you as much as possible but note that we are coming from off site for any coordination needed.
• Please help conserve energy. Kindly turn off appliances when not in use and limit Washer/Dryer use to a maximum of once per day. This is so we can keep our rates affordable to you and future guests.
• Gym is off-limits to short-term guests.
Penalties / Fines
• Stains on our Linens and Towels such as lipstick stains, luggage marks, oil stains, or other residues will be charged a cleaning fee Php350 (7 USD) per piece of linen or towel. Permanently damaged linens /towels will be charged the total cost of replacement.
• If the sofa or bed gets stained or wet a Php 5,000 (about 100 USD) cleaning fee will be charged.
• The apartment is non-smoking (cigarette, cigars, & vaping are not allowed). A Php 5,000 (USD 100) cleaning fee will be charged if there is any sign of smoking in the unit.
• Undeclared / unregistered guests will be charged Php2,000 (40 USD) per person per night.
