The space
The custom house is very unique with loads of charm set near the confluence of the Mississippi and St Croix Rivers. Here you’ll have all the amenities you could ever need for a relaxing weekend getaway or month long stay.
We feature a year round 24/7 heated indoor pool with hot tub, but the fun doesn't stop there. We also have a rec room with sauna, wet bar, pool table (play standard or with blacklight glow in the dark pool), many games including the very addictive and fun for the whole family game of crokinole.
You will be just a few steps away from the Carpenters Nature Center and can access the trail system out the back of the 7acre property. Here you can walk the river bank of the St Croix River or explore several miles of trails.
Located 15 minutes south of Afton MN where you can enjoy Afton Alps Ski Resort, Afton State Park, or grab ice cream from Selma’s.

Master suite has a king bed, desk, private kitchen, laundry and en suite bathroom. Views into the garden and wooded area.
Guest room has a queen bed and a bunk bed (Full size lower and Twin Upper). Plus a twin trundle bed and twin floor mattress available as needed. Complete with en suite bathroom and patio.
Shared Areas:
Our Shared areas are EXCLUSIVE to your group, but are not secured/private. Your host family lives upstairs and avoids use of these areas when guests are present. We rent to only ONE group at a time, so you will never share space with other guests.
Pool/Hot Tub, Rec Room with pool table, fire place, bar and sauna. All outdoor spaces including large secluded fire pit.
No access allowed in upper level except the main deck.
No access to garage spaces. However large amounts of parking available.

See my other listing for Master Suite only for up to 3 guests. We book only one group at a time to keep your stay as private as possible.
Parking available including trailers if necessary.
Level 2 EV charger on site. $10 daily use.
Owner has small friendly dogs.
There is a large 1/2 acre fenced in dog run with a shelter area if you want to bring dogs. Please add the pet to the reservation.

His weakness is saying yes, so if you need something, just ask. Wania is from Canar, Ecuador and is a Food Safety Scientist by education but you'll experience her as an artist.
