• This is our private holiday home—please treat it with care and respect.
• Any property damage, heavy stains, broken appliances, or excessive sand on the floor will incur repair or additional cleaning fees.
• Illegal activity (including drug use) will lead to immediate eviction, police report, and no refund.

Key & Property Use
• Please turn off air conditioning and lights when leaving the house for safety and energy conservation.
• Do not lose the key. Lost keys or damaged property will be charged accordingly.
