Just Chill’inn is a beautiful 2-bedroom, 1 bath cottage including a 4-person golfcart in a family focused seasonal resort community. Enjoy a heated family pool, toddler pool, playground. A sandy beach on a lake. For you and your 18+ guests: additional adult heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Pickleball, tennis, basketball courts; recreation room with ping pong table; canoes, sunfish sailboats. Restaurant & bar with pool table at the beach.

The space
The Cottage has a west facing patio at the front with outdoor seating, fire pit, grill. A 4-person golfcart is included for your use on the property. Parking for the golfcart plus 2 cars.
Open living areas, dining for 6, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, washer/dryer. Seating areas with 2 leather couches, 3 comfy chairs, smart TV, Xfinity Wi-Fi , dining room table seats 6. Kitchen includes full size refrigerator, ice maker, dish washer, full size gas stove/oven, coffee maker, microwave, dishes for inside and outside dining. Bathroom with large vanity/single sink/ bathtub-shower. A stacked washer/dryer for guest use. All linens, bath towels and large basket of beach/pool towels . Bedroom 1 - Queen setup, Bedroom 2 - twin beds, extra mattress for floor suitable for children. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Please message me if you have more than 4 guests. There is an extra mattress suitable for young adults.

Guest access
Just Chill'inn is your private cottage for your stay. Resort fees, amenities and golf cart are included in your rental. Community Gate for first day check-in. The cottage has 24/7 pin code access. A Community Gate 24/7access card is provided upon check-in. Two cars are allowed to park at the cottage at any one time. Additional vehicles and all motorcycles must park at the parking area by the main gate (a 10 minute walk - or short golfcart ride to pick up your day guests). Day guests are welcome. All overnight guests and vehicles must be registered with the host/HOA at least a week in advance.

Other things to note
Just Chill'inn Cottage is part of a Resort HOA community. The HOA requires registration at least a week prior to your stay. A copy of primary guest drivers license and a list of all guests with ages will be requested. Just Chill'inn is family friendly community with quiet hours. No more than 6 guests to a cottage, no parties on the property. No guest service animals or pets are allowed (sorry).

You can check out the amenities at Summer Village. All are included in your stay without extra cost. The Lodge Restaurant and Bar are inside the community for residents and guests only. Very nice!
