Vacation rentals with beach access in Middlesex County

I’m very happy with the place we chose. When we saw the preview that showed the way it hits the home, we knew this was the place to stay. It was easy to check in, very clean and located in such a cozy and quiet neighborhood. Waking up to the sun hitting the rooms definitely matched what we saw in the pictures and it did not disappoint. Knowing we had a clean, comforting home to come back to definitely made our trip more memorable. Hope to stay here in the near future.

Easy stay at this property! My son & I were there for 4 days, as he recovered from shoulder surgery. We were unable to go out & about in the neighborhood, so cooked & prepared food there. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped, appliances were PHENOMENAL! (Not something I would normally rate, but exactly what we needed :-)!) I loved being able to go walk by the water and to walk to Broadway for supplies. Very clean, loved the spacious shower. Beds were a tight fit in the rooms, but very comfortable! Shelby set up a direct dialog with me and was very quick to respond every single time.

We had a wonderful stay here while visiting family for Thanksgiving. John was a very accommodating and friendly host. If you are looking for a place to stay in area, we highly recommend this place!

It was a great place to accommodate all of us. The place was very clean and had the essentials we needed. Muny was very responsive and gave us clear instructions to help through our trip.

We loved staying at this Airbnb!! Host was VERY accommodating. If we were able she opted for early check in and late checkout for up on Sunday. This location was wonderful for our needs in Southie and we loved how cozy it was. This was perfect for a little girls weekend in Boston. Also cheap price range for Boston and surrounding area. Thank you!!!!

One of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in. We traveled to Boston for some holiday shopping and exploring. There were two couples in our group and the space was so comfortable for all of us. Lucio was so helpful and responsive and so proactive, making sure we got into the space ok and asking if we needed recommendations. We typically stay in the hustle of the seaport area. It was so nice to be just outside of that area. It was quiet, but we could easily get everywhere we needed to go. Lucio gave us great recommendations and checking in and out was a breeze. We were lucky to find a parking spot right outside the airbnb, but Lucio was also helpful in offering advice on where else we could try and find parking. This place was wonderful and we would 100% stay here again.

First time visiting Boston and had a great time at this stay! Edson was very friendly and responsive! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. It was close to the airport and into the city which was very convenient! Would definitely want to come back!

our stay was wonderful! Steve was helpful and provided detailed information leading up to and during our stay. the house is a great size and was comfortable and clean. it was an easy walk to the red line too which was great. it's a little loud around this area (car and plane traffic), but it's a city so that is to be expected.

Beds were clean and very comfy! Bathrooms spotless. She included a lot of little useful things, like toothbrushes shampoo etc Great size and space, the house was very clean just needs some upgrades. For 12 woman in a house for a weekend in Boston, this place was excellent. Our only real disappointment was we thought we were much closer to the water, and it was a short drive (not walk) away. I loved how prompt and kind Amanda was to reach. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful relaxing stay! The island location keeps it quiet and private. But restaurants and grocery stores very close by. Autumn was rolling in a bit chilly, so we particularly enjoyed relaxing in the two living areas in the A frame with views to the trees and water. Great WiFi for working and studying. Kitchen was well-equipped. Comfortable beds. Hosts always responded immediately. All-in-all a great spot - just what we needed!

Overall Roosevelt’s home was a wonderful place for us to spend Thanksgiving week. The home is well furnished, clean, and on a quiet street with a roomy driveway to park in. The kitchen is well equipped but could use a small table for more counter space. There are plenty of towels, linens, soap, etc. Roosevelt is an extremely kind and helpful host!

This is a lovely apartment in a wonderful neighborhood. If you like walking there are several parks close by. The hillside above the house provides a pleasant place to stroll with views of the hill side and charming neighborhood. The town area is a 15 minute walk and has numerous restaurants and local retail stores. The kitchen has everything needed to make a meal. The light in the morning is wonderful and it’s nice to look out at the hillside and garden.

If you're looking for serenity in a GORGEOUS atmosphere, do yourself a favor and stay here. The pond (it's a lake IMO, but it's technically a pond on Google Maps) is BEAUTIFUL. The available petal boat, canoes and other water craft are a wonderful amenity to have there. Sitting on the dock, enjoying the ducks swim and fly by was the highlight of my morning. The property is WELL hidden in the woods. It's on a steep-ish slope, so if you think it's not there, just keep driving down the hill. :) This house included EVERYTHING that we needed. We just brought clothes and food. I suggest ordering at the Walmart in West Boylston and picking up groceries on your way in. We didn't get to eat/shop at the ice cream/market nearby, but it looked super cute. There are also a few other markets nearby that sold all sorts of yummy, local harvests. My son LOVED the inside swing; there are about fiddy-'leven board games; and the wooden blocks, LEGO and kids books were a very welcome addition. A GEM!

Mornings brought light, soft as a prayer, Filling the rooms with warmth to share. Evenings wove bonds with the lake's quiet hand, Drawing us close like an invisible band. Weakness met strength in moments so small, Yet they filled the days, sustaining us all. Conversations bloomed like flowers in spring, Each word a tether, each laugh taking wing. When it was time to leave, though bittersweet, The echoes of laughter would not retreat. The lake had become more than water and stone— It held the place where we found a home.

Upon arriving at the location, we weren’t sure what to expect, but we were blown away as soon as we stepped inside. The cozy atmosphere of the home was immediately apparent. The pictures on the listing don’t do the place justice. The environment was incredibly immersive, often forgetting we were staying in an Airbnb. It truly felt like we were living in the city, not just visiting. With restaurants nearby, transportation within walking distance, and the overall atmosphere of the surroundings, everything felt so accessible. As mentioned in the listing, the home is near the main road, so traffic noise was noticeable. Personally, I found this added to the captivating part of being in a vibrant city (far different from where I’m from). I would strongly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for this kind of experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The space was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and well-appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The area felt safe and was a short trip to the airport and downtown Boston. The hosts were friendly and responsive to inquiries. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is spacious and very comfortable. New and well equipped kitchen. Also many small things like sugar, tea, ketchup, etc. was there. We also appreciated a bottle of wine from the host. Very comfortable beds, new bathrooms. We had excellent communication with the host and were greeted personally by him. A nice coffee place nearby is only 4 minutes walk and makes excellent bagel sandwiches for breakfast. A park with the beach is also just 3 minutes walk. A parking spot is really great to have in the city. Overall, we were very happy with this accommodation.

We had a lovely stay with a group of 7 adult friends and a child. The place was very nice allowing for privacy in each room and everything needed to make ourselves at home. It is close to Jamaica pond which is one of the most peaceful and beautiful public spaces in Boston. Plenty of delicious food walking distance Just steps away from the T stop making it easy to get to the city and and the popular North End. Also groceries and liquor store walking distance. We also were lucky to not have a booking before or after us and were able to check in early and check out late. This was much appreciated after a red eye flight. I greatly appreciate the flexibility. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to all our friends.

Everything is exactly as described! I anticipated the walk up unit in a bustling neighborhood from the hosts excellent communication and reviews, so there were no surprises. The bed was comfortable and I had no problem sleeping with the windows closed. It was a great home base during a weekend in Boston!

Great home and location in South Boston with everything in Southie being walking distance. We had a great time visiting friends in Boston and Veronica's home was a perfect place to stay. Veronica was very helpful and responsive I would highly recommend staying here.
