THE SPACE
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom private home has been lovingly renovated and comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Thoughtful details, fresh finishes, and a clean, modern feel make it an easy place to settle in—whether you’re here for beach days, family time, or a quiet Cape Cod getaway.
Living Room
As you enter, you’ll be greeted by a modern, comfortable living room with ample seating and great natural light. Grab a book from our shelf, relax after a day out, or stream your favorite shows on our flat-screen TV. Netflix is on us!
Sleeping Arrangements
*Primary Bedroom (Queen + Ensuite Bath)
Carefully decorated to create a tranquil, hotel-like vibe, the primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with cozy bedding and a brand-new ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Storage note: This room has streamlined storage, with space under the bed for luggage and small storage in the nightstands. We traded the closet for an ensuite bathroom :)
*Bunk/Family Room (3 Twins)
A bright, airy room perfect for kids or guests to share. There are three twin sleeping spaces (twin bed + bunk beds). This room includes ample storage (closet + dresser). A few toys and books are provided to help little ones stay entertained and ease bedtime.
Bathrooms
There are two full bathrooms total, stocked with towels and plenty of shampoo/conditioner/body wash for your stay.
Kitchen
On the other side of the living room is our fully stocked kitchen with modern cabinets, new appliances, and cookware. Make a complimentary Keurig coffee in the morning (coffee, sugar, and creamers provided), and cook your meals at home with everything you need. We also include kid-friendly plastic dishware for the little ones.
Great Room (Dining + Work Space + Extra Lounge)
The kitchen opens into the Great Room, giving the home extra breathing room. You’ll find:

Please note that this is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. We ask that you please keep the noise down to a minimum after 10pm as there are many young neighbors with early bedtimes.
