Lower unit in a two family house. Yard and deck area are shared with the upstairs tenants. The house is older, which includes quirks like some slanted floors. Older homes and slanted floors are typical of the area. It was renovated in 2021. The unit is two floors, the first floor of the house and a raised basement.
