FREE PARKING OFF PREMISES.. Enjoy a stylish experience in the heart of Condado, SJ. This beautiful condo is located at Condado Ave at just 2 blocks from the beach and walking distance to the best restaurants and night life entretaiment in Condado. It is equiped with everything you will need to have an amazing stay. Walk to hotels, casinos, restaurants/bars, grocery store, hospital and parks. Just a 12 min drive to the airport and 8 min to Old SJ. Beach is just two blocks away.

The space
The unit is located on the 5th floor of the building. It is a 850sqft two bedroom and one bath apt, full kitchen, bathroom and balcony. It has 3 mini split a/c units that covers the entire apt. Dinnig table for four and a big living area.

Other things to note
Free parking is available in a parking lot located at two blocks from the condo. A key card will be provided to access the parking lot open 24hrs.

This building has a full power generator for all the apartments and common areas. Power outages are common in Puerto Rico due to the weak power grid after hurricane Maria. It doesn't happen all the time but it can. If it happens during your stay we won’t be able to make you refund because it is something out of our control, unless we agree to. It usually doesn't last for more than 2 hours.
