Exterior:
Make your way to our hillside abode on a street with little traffic, where you'll find a generous lot with a horseshoe driveway with unobstructed mountain and city views. The front is professionally landscaped with Joshua trees, a palo verde, oleanders, pomegranate trees, and a variety of Sonoran Desert cacti. The backyard is an oasis with some little Joshua trees, a free* heated saltwater pool, a gazebo to relax in while stargazing, a desert beach, a mesquite tree, and an ever-ready gas BBQ. The backyard also includes a poolside basketball setup and horseshoes for fun!
Inside:
Step into a spacious, open-concept area featuring a dining space for eight, which smoothly transitions into a kitchen equipped with an electric range, an inverter microwave for slow cooking, a stainless steel range hood, and a hefty side-by-side fridge with an ice maker and filtered water. The kitchen sports level 4 granite countertops and oak cabinetry, along with a dishwasher and a 1HP garbage disposal. Adjacent is a cozy living room with a fireplace opening out to the pool patio. The split floorplan includes a bonus room with full mountain views, a pool table, and trundle beds. The other wing boasts two bedrooms, a master suite with a jumbo-sized luxury shower, and travertine-tiled bathrooms.

Office Space:
Remote workers will find their haven with office space in one of the bedrooms, equipped with ergonomic chairs. Each room has a smart TV capable of screen mirroring for additional workspace.
Comfort:
Unlike many homes in Twentynine Palms equipped with swamp coolers, we offer powerful air conditioning with HEPA filters to ensure a dust-free environment. Every bedroom is fitted with ceiling fans, dimmable lighting, wooden shutters, and blackout curtains for a restful sleep. Beds are dressed in 100% cotton with microfiber duvets, and hot water is endless thanks to our tankless system. The master bath features a large shower head, and the house is built with energy efficiency in mind, using dual pane windows and quality insulation.
Conservation:
We're committed to green living with bathroom supplies that cut down on plastic, an ecobee thermostat, a saltwater pool system, and a recycling program we hope guests will participate in.
Optional Pool Heat:
We heat our water in THREE ways! One is with aquathermal solar, second is with gas, third is with pool blanket. Solar aquathermal is FREE and works well April 1-Sep 30 and maxes out in mid 80's. Gas heat is needed to keep pool swimmable from Nov 1-March 30 and is $249 for the first day and $129 for each subsequent day and keeps it at a ridiculously warm 90 degrees. Gas heat in the warmer months from April1-Sep30 is $129 for the first day and $89 for each subsequent day and will guarantee the pool at 90 degrees. Gas heat is available year-round, in case the weather is too cold on the day you arrive for the electric or solar heater to be effective. The solar blanket is required year round to keep Mother Nature happy, it reduces energy loss by 90%. If you select one add-on, it must be for all days of your booking, not just one day. 90 degrees is similar temperature to a warm bath. Just let us know after booking if you want to add the gas heat.

We do have CCTV outside the house to help protect us and help protect you and help protect our neighbors.

If you are having an event please book for the amount of overnight guests sleeping at the property. We will then have an additional fee of $15/person/day for your event which we will add to your booking after you book.
Guest access
You will get in with a smart lock code that we provide 24 hours prior to your arrival. You have access to the entire home and property and no one else will be there during your stay unless we need to send out staff to respond to something.
