You will have full access to the entire home, including the fully fenced backyard.

Other things to note
We take inventory of all items before and after your stay. We understand that accidents happen, and things may break. If something does, please notify us as soon as possible. If any items are missing and you do not contact us, you will be charged for their replacement.

House Rules:

No large gatherings or parties.

Occupancy is limited to 6 people. We will consider up to 8 if two or more are children.

Checkout Policy:

Checkout is at 10:00 AM.

A late checkout fee of $100 will be charged if you do not notify us in advance and stay past 10:00 AM.

Our cleaners arrive shortly after checkout. If you need a later checkout and it is available, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Before You Leave:

Please start a load of sheets and towels using the provided laundry tabs on the morning of checkout.

Florida Wildlife & Home Care:

Florida has lizards, frogs, and insects. While we take every precaution to keep them out, they may occasionally find their way inside.

To help prevent this, please keep doors and windows closed and the entryway light on at night.

Keeping doors and windows open causes the air conditioning to run continuously, leading to high energy costs. Our system has alarms that notify us if doors or windows are left open for too long.
