The space
Whether you're visiting family, attending a nearby wedding, or simply in need of a peaceful getaway, JollyRanch is the perfect place to unwind.

This charming cabin offers the best of both worlds, tall ceilings and insulated walls keep things quiet and cozy inside, while the front porch invites the soothing sounds of nature in. Settle into the porch or outdoor chairs with a good book, fire up the grill, or turn on the fire table for an evening under the stars. For even more outdoor comfort, a shared screened-in gazebo offers the perfect spot to sip your coffee while watching curious deer and local wildlife wander by.

Inside, the open layout features an open concept, yet fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials, including a coffee bar for your morning brew. The tall ceilings give the space an airy feel, making it easy to relax, recharge, and feel right at home.


There is a pet pen for supervised pets. (Additional pet fee.)


No smoking.

Host lives on the back of the property but will not engage with you unless you ask them to.

Additional Bnb, JollyRV, is on-site and is available for booking.

2 cars may be parked under the car port. (Additional cars will need to be checked into if and where additional cars can be parked.)

PLEASE inquire about longer stays if interested or same day check ins, if we can accommodate, we will try.

Guest access
The entire house except the storage room. No laundry for use.
You may walk anywhere respecting the boundaries of the property, the other site, and owner in the back. (The back area is restricted, as posted, unless invited back.)

Other things to note
July 2025 - We did not flood, there are some signs of runoff, aka exposed muddy and rock, and a bumpy driveway, but a safe place to stay. And they contribute to get a little better each week.

If you would like the raised air bed, please request and we will make it available.

If you would like a work area other than the table in photos, let us know, and it will be set up before you arrive or at any point during the stay.

Rental paperwork will be completed for stays of 7 or more days.


Carport can be an outdoor seating area, tables, chairs, linens, can be inquired about for and additional chage.

Property damages will be charged if the property incures damages during a stay.

Pet(s) need to be disclosed or you will incur an additional fine.
