The space
This house is very spacious giving you 3 floors of privacy indoors and multiple furnished decks, patios and balconies outdoors. You can see the fireworks on the beach from the front of the house. It's far enough from the crowds if you want rest and relaxation yet close enough to the action if you want to be in the thick of things.

Guest access
The entire property is available to the guests including 7 furnished decks/patios/balconies. One 50" and two 32" tvs for outdoor viewing. A covered carport with 3 tables and seating for 16 so you can enjoy the outdoors even if it rains. A 4 car rock driveway, 2 car concrete pad, front and back yard enclosed with a fence. As the homeowner I have taken special measures to insure that the property is first disinfected and then cleaned after every booking. This property even has contactless self-entry with the use of a keypad on the front door. We look forward to having you as our next guest.

Other things to note
NO UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES ALLOWED! ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind on the property. NO DOGS allowed on the furniture, beds, cot nor air mattresses. NO OUTSIDE NOISE after 9pm. Pick up after your dog.
