This is located at the 2nd lower ground. 2 storey stairs. Land is sloped downhill.

( Toilet bowl scheduled for upgrade. Current flush clog is slow but functional)

During the rainy months you might notice some dark water marks/stains on the walls. It’s just part of living in a humid place.
To keep the place fresh, we recommend opening the windows for a bit each day for airflow. This helps prevent that typical "damp" smell.
Because of this, we’ve adjusted our rates to be lower during rainy season. Thanks for helping us keep the home cozy!
