A striking abode, stylishly furnished and appointed, set among grand gardens, all within walking distance to the main shops and reataurants.

The space
Jambreen Estate - welcomes you into a grand tree lined driveway entrance & foyer featuring marble flooring. This opens up into a generous light filled living area with travertine tiles and vertical joined high ceilings, a dining table for 6, lounge area and kitchenette that all overlook the front gardens and lawns, enchanting trees and decked pond through wall to wall floor to ceiling windows.

The 2 bedrooms each with King Beds (fitted with premium sheets, mattress warmers and selection of firm and soft pillows) and rear deck also extend from the foyer, with both large bedrooms featuring beautiful garden views through wall to wall glass, and the main bedroom having direct access to the rear deck and it's own balcony.

The villa is serviced by a single yet spectacular hammam style bathroom, featuring an intricately tiled high domed ceiling and a large curved glass spanning window overlooking lush greenery for a luxurious and memorable shower experience.

Downstairs is a large, charming sitting and lounge room with warm hardwood blue gum flooring and sandstone walls, leather lounges and a Queen Koala sofa bed (sleeps the additional guests when more than 4 people booked) - perfect for lazy evenings with a book or a game of scrabble, or kicking back in front of the 55inch Netflix and streaming enabled TV.

Step out to another large outdoor patio and undercover lounge area. Here, you'll find a private steaming hot tub for 6, with a beautiful aspect across the front lawns and pond, and bright stars across the horizon.

The upstairs kitchenette includes a sink, small fridge, ice making machine, two burner induction cooktop, a modest mini oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking utensils and basic pantry needs. The lounge area features a plush leather sofa, and record player to soundtrack your evening after you watch the sunset over the horizon beyond the gardens.

Adjacent is a large balcony with outdoor grill & dining area, also overlooking the lush mature gardens and pond on the secluded Jambreen Estate acreage.

From Jambreen Estate you can walk to Witches Falls Winery (1 minute), Masons Wines (8 mins), Cedar Creek Estate and Winery (16 mins) Cauldron Distillery (20 mins), IGA and Bottle Shop (8 mins) and the Main St shops (12 mins) where you will find our favourite eateries and local businesses.

Guests will have access to the guest villa booked and all of the front and rear gardens at Jambreen Estate.

There is a mature orchard, vegetable gardens, and plenty of beautiful picnic locations to choose from, including expansive lawn areas, shade from majestic mature trees, as well as a deck with seating beside the pond. Relax and enjoy the rich and abundant bird life Mount Tamborine is famous for, and while away the afternoon to the sound of the trickling waterfall at the pond.

The hot tub is available exclusively for guests booking this listing.

Our standard rate for up to 4 booked guests includes the two king bedrooms - no other bedding configurations or sofa beds are available.

There may be other guests or the owners staying in the main house who may also be making use of the gardens. The two wings are separated and private, with separate entrances to front and rear gardens. The hot tub is available exclusively for guests booking this listing.
