The space
The apartment is situated on the second floor of a brand new building with outstanding architecture. It is possible to take the stairs or use the elevator. The whole apartment area (bathroom excluded) has gorgeous wooden flooring that feels amazing under your feet, but is also very sensitive - therefore we ask you not to wear shoes inside the apartment. The floors are heated and the apartment is supplied with heat recovery ventilation. The house is pleasantly warm, quiet and energy-efficient.

In the kitchen, you will find all essential things necessary for cooking - dishes, utensils, a sink, a stove, an oven, a kettle, a coffee-maker and a toaster. There is oil, salt, sugar, tea and coffee. We do NOT have a microwave and a dishwasher.

The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa that can also be used as a single bed. Here you find a 55" LED SmartTV (USB, Internet, Screen Share etc support) with many local and international TV channels.

Our bathroom with rain shower is supplied with soap, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and towels. You can use the hairdryer, curler and the washer-dryer (with some detergent pods).

On the loft, the bed is 160 cm wide. We have carefully selected quality mattresses and luxurious bedding. You have plenty of storage space at your disposal, as well as an iron and an ironing board. The important thing to note is that the stairs to the sleeping loft are quite steep. That is why we cannot advertise the place as really child-friendly. That said, most kids love the loft, just be careful and if you want to come with kids, consult with us first. Also, the loft ceiling is not too high, but an average man (~180 cm) can stand straight.

Other things to note
The air in the apartment is fresh and filtered, which is a great thing in the city center. There is, however, a quite low hum of the ventilation system. For the occasion it bothers your sleep, we suggest bringing earplugs. So far no guests have complained about this, though.

There is no air conditioning. During very warm summer days it may get hot in the apartment in the afternoons. We have provided a standing fan and it is possible to open the windows.
