Smoking and Vaping:
Strictly no smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the unit, for everyone's comfort, let's keep things fresh!
Strong Smelling Food: Kindly avoid cooking dishes with lingering smells (like dried fish) to help keep the space fresh for incoming guests.
Respect Quiet Hours:
We love a fun time, but extreme parties or loud disturbances aren't allowed especially around quiet hours 10PM-7AM. Condo rules are strict and we want everyone including you to have a chill stay.
Important reminders:
- Guest IDs must be submitted once booking is confirmed for building
endorsement. No ID, no entry.
- Please care for linens and towels. Additional sets will incur a laundry fee.
