The space
Sacred Cliff is a three-apartment building with individual access that is literally integrated into a cliff over Lake Atitlán, offering incredible views of three volcanoes: Tolimán, Atitlán, and San Pedro.

All apartments have been stylishly designed and offer all the comforts, including a king-size bed, high-quality towels and sheets, hot water, and a fully equipped kitchen, among other amenities. Everything you need to have an unforgettable experience in a unique location.

Access is only by boat to our private dock, Sacred Cliff is located in Tzununá Bay, it is the next dock to the Lomas de Tzununá hotel.

Please note that Lake Atitlán is a natural and rural environment surrounded by vegetation, mountains, and wildlife. Although the property is carefully maintained and cleaned regularly, insects, spiders, or, very rarely, scorpions may occasionally appear, as can happen anywhere in the region.

All of them are normally harmless and simply part of the lake’s natural ecosystem. For the vast majority of guests, this is not an issue and is simply part of the authentic experience of being immersed in nature.

However, if insects, spiders, or small animals cause you significant discomfort or anxiety, Lake Atitlán —in general, not specifically our property— may not be the ideal destination for you. We prefer to be fully transparent so every guest can enjoy their stay with the right expectations.
