Vacation rentals with lake access in Guatemala

We are so glad we chose this place as our next stop after the volcano hike! Everything is clean and the view is awesome!! You would literally wake up and see the lake in front of you. Huge thanks to Daniel who showed us around and recommended so many good places to visit and eat! We could not have done this without you :) Would 100 percent stay here again if we visit lake Atitlan next time.

Carlos’ AirBnB was amazing. I would recommend. It’s secluded, but accessible via boat. Good for a relaxing time away from the business of Guatemala

Excellent attention from the house staff, very friendly and helpful. The house is very cute and spacious.

The house and the service were amazing! Anestacio and Dominga made everything great and easy for us. One thing I will say is to pack pack lightly as it is a small 5 minute hike to the house from the lake. Everyone in our party were very happy with the stay. We hope to be back sometime soon!!

Love the view and spacious feeling of the downstairs, one large open room with windows on three sides and a great balcony! A great location with easy access to everything San Pedro! It is the windy section of the lake and the weather howled. The condition of the property was good relative to where it is.

The view was spectacular! Home is very different because it is modern which I have never seen in Lake Atitlán so it was fun to do something different than what we’ve typically done. The place is beautiful and done in very good taste. Extremely clean. The two cooks that they brought in to cook were so friendly and great cooks! They were so accommodating to get people help bring our luggage in from the lake since that was a bit of a walk with stairs and our heavy luggage. Made all the difference. Thank you for sharing your place with others! It was also wonderful to be able to meet some of the locals playing soccer right next to the house!

I really enjoyed my stay here in Santa Cruz La Laguna. The house was the peaceful setting that I needed to spend a month exploring the surrounding villages of Lake Atitlan. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

This place is just wonderful. The view, the swimming, the plants and patios, the kitchen and the bedroom, everything really beautiful and convenient. We highly recommend it.

Stunning views and a quick walk to town! We didn't see better views of Lake Atitlan from any other place. It was a joy to relax in the house and take it all in! When we needed to get into town for groceries and to restaurants, we took a pleasant walk through local roads, always passing by a tuk tuk if we wanted a ride instead.

Had a lovely stay. Ana was really responsive and helped with everything we needed. Good location, right by the Spanish school which was perfect for us. Everything was as described.

Our stay at Atitlan Sunset Lodge was wonderful mainly because of the landscape and the beautiful facilities that accompanied us and secondly for the friendly attention of the team at all times. As well as the activities we had at our disposal. I thank Armand for giving us the opportunity to experience something magical. Likewise for the surprise of the sauna😍. We definitely recommend Sunset Lodge and we hope you can continue hosting future travelers looking to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of Pana.

Everything was Perfect at Miguel’s place, we love it, Miguel is a great host super easy to reach, you have great restaurants around, and the other towns are reachable by boat. We used the kayak is a great option! The pool was cold but still we was able to enjoy it. We definitely will be back!

The place is excellent for a medium family, it is an advantage that has parking but not for large cars such as suv or pick ups, a sedan is there without a problem. Super clear directions!

The manager is very attentive, the place is as described and is very close to the main pier. I would use it again without a doubt

Matthew and Nancy’s place is absolutely STUNNING. Somehow the gorgeous photos in the listing don’t even do it justice. Our entire experience was top notch, from start to finish. We were greeted by Matthew at the dock, the studio was spotless, the bed SUPER comfortable, and the view is unlike anything we’d ever seen before. We loved how simple it was to grab a boat to explore neighboring towns, but also loved just spending time in the studio enjoying the views. Matthew was super responsive and provided great recommendations. We would recommend Casa De Cristal to anyone traveling to Lake Atitlan. We will definitely be coming back to stay again in the future!!! Absolutely gorgeous place!

I stayed here for four weeks and I am so happy I did. I wanted to stay somewhere peaceful where I could spend some time to work on my writing, while also being able to explore someplace new and interesting. Pat’s casita in Santa Cruz La Laguna was perfect. The view is so beautiful and the casita is so well designed. It felt like such a sanctuary.

Great place in a perfect location, 2-min walk from the dock. The house has everything you need, perfect also for families (we have a 2-year old). The dogs are quiet and very well educated. Luciano, the property manager is very helpful and responsive. The owner is very nice, he was able to accommodate our check-in time. This is a unique find and I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Marco’s Airbnb. The house overlooks Lake Atitlan  and has stunning views. The craftsmanship of the home is beautiful. Communication was excellent from the moment we checked in. Marcos went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, including gifting us a bottle of wine and even treating us to dessert when we bumped into him at a restaurant he recommended. The only detail we wish we had known ahead of time was about the room setup. While the listing says two rooms, it's really one room with a small divider which may not provide as much privacy for certain groups. The images online do reflect this 1 room divided but was missed on our end. Despite that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this Airbnb to others! Marcos is amazing!!

A magical place! Lovely outdoor kitchen/dining with gorgeous views. Super attentive staff for kayaking, pool and hot tub use and sauna! The restaurant had delicious national food and the best blue corn pancakes I’ve ever had! Will definitely come here again.

What a lovely home! We all loved staying at Miriam and Guillame’s place in Santa Cruz. The bed was comfortable and everything was spotless. Without doubt, if we return to Lago Atitlan we will stay here again!
