Stay with us for a relaxing, family beach experience! This is a newly remodeled (2022) home with a spacious patio, seating w/table for 6 and large backyard. Walking distance to Waterford & Ocean Beach, Waterford Beach Park, Eugene O'Neill Theater and Harkness State Park. 15-20 min drive to Mystic, Stonington, Vineyards, 25 min to Mohegan Sun & Foxwoods. Close to the Lawrence + Memorial Hospital, Pfizer, GD (EB), CT College, Mitchell, USCGA US Navy Base Groton.

The space
Completely renovated spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom private, modern, single level home! This incredible location features hardwood & tile floors, fully equipped kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances, a quiet dishwasher, dining room with a custom-built Brazilian cherry table that easily seats your whole family, living room with ornamental fireplace, Giga blast internet, and in house laundry for stays over 4 nights. You will think you never left home!

Enjoy all the natural light from the windows or pull the shades to get some sleep. Surf the web or watch some internet-based TV.

The space can comfortably sleep 6 and easily accommodate from an infant in the available pack-n-play or two children on the bunk beds to a pullout couch.

Bedroom 1: Comfortable queen bed, 55” Roku TV, closet with iron, ironing board, desk & chair with an attached bathroom.

Bedroom 2: twin bunk bed, closet, pack-n-play and small sitting area with views of the back yard

Main living area: Large sectional sofa that turns into additional sleeping area, separate reading chair, gas fireplace, 55” Roku TV and a large custom-built coffee and end tables.

The dining/workspace area features a large custom-built table, seating for 8 and 2 additional seats at the kitchen bar.

The master bathroom has a large shower and mirror to get yourself ready with a hair dryer and plenty of towels. The second bathroom is off the hallway so everyone can get ready at one time.

Our property is ideal for a peaceful, relaxing stay and is centrally located for exploring the local parks, beaches and neighboring towns. Parties, gatherings, or celebrations that create excessive noise are not allowed at this property. Please be mindful of noise past 10 p.m. and aware of our quiet hours specified.

Smoking is strictly forbidden. Our home is non-smoking OF ANY KIND! If it is found that there was smoking in the home, it will result in additional cleaning charges. Evidence can include physical or smell and is at iUgo's discretion. Subject to a $500 additional cleaning charge for violating this policy.

Alcoholic consumption IS PROHIBITED for any guest(s) under the age of 21.

Lawn Care. We utilize lawn service which comes on a scheduled basis. It should not disrupt your visit but may occasionally occur when guests are present, normally on Fridays.

Garbage pickup is on Monday mornings. Guests are responsible to bring garbage can(s) (blue) & Recyclables (green) out to curb at the end of driveway each Sunday night (applicable for long stay guests).

**This is an ideal location for those military members executing a PCS move, waiting for that new home to be built or in the area for a short time and need a longer-term all-inclusive place to stay but do not want a conventional hotel experience. Great location around the corner from Waterford Beach Park, along Alewife Cove. We are walking distance to Ocean Beach and only minutes from Eugene O'Neill Theater and Harkness State Park. Come watch the wildlife or a beautiful sunset in the cove!

The surrounding area offers guests the opportunity to visit well known historic areas such as Mystic Seaport, Mystic Aquarium, Harkness Memorial Park, Fort Trumbull, Fort Griswold and Ocean Beach Park. Besides the beautiful sugar sand beach, Ocean Beach Park has a boardwalk, minigolf, pools, water slides, playgrounds and food vendors. The Clinton Shopping Outlets, Foxwoods Casino, and Mohegan Sun Casino are less than 30 minutes away by car! There is also the Submarine Force Museum and USS Nautilus - home of the world's first Nuclear Submarine, located in Groton, CT, the submarine capital of the world!
