Set in the beautiful Ozark Mtns on one of Arkansas' most spectacular lakes, this home has the space to bring all of your family and friends together under one roof any time of year. Perfect for a spring vacation getaway, summer fishing and water sport fun, taking in the fall colors of the mountains, or a family winter holiday! (Jan & Feb dates upon request)

The space
Tucked away in the beautiful Ozark Mountains and approximately 30 minutes from the nearest city, in the Lost Bridge Village area of Beaver Lake, this home is perfect for bringing the whole family or groups of friends together under one roof!

ABOUT THE SPACE
The large main level open floor plan allows everyone to gather together, while bedrooms remotely located throughout the home give privacy to those seeking a little quiet time. The large outdoor decks offer beautiful views of the lake as well as the opportunity to enjoy the peaceful calm of nature all around. Expect to see other homes scattered throughout the area, yet feel the seclusion from the privacy of your own little niche in the woods.

ALL THE NECESSITIES
You will find most necessities are supplied, including all sheets and linens, towels, dishes, utensils, cookware, pots and pans, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soaps, body washes, dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, charcoal and lighter fluid for the grill, and more... There is a Keurig coffee pot and some pods are provided, both regular and decaf. Please note that food is not provided, and the nearest grocery stores are 20-30 minutes away, so please plan ahead by bringing food with you or making a stop at a store along the way.

FOR YOUR ENTERTAINMENT
There is a rec room with a ping pong table and big screen TV equipped with an HDMI cord that guests are welcome to use with their own gaming systems. A variety of games are provided for family game night fun. And TV's in the living room, all bedrooms, and the downstairs rec room have streaming capabilities.

** Please keep in mind that this home is 30-45 minutes from the nearest entertainment districts.

FOR YOUR SAFETY & CONVENIENCE
Charging stations for your devices are provided, and there is a Pack 'n' Play for our littlest guests. In accordance with our high safety and guest care standards, escape ladders for upstairs bedrooms, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detectors, and fire extinguisher are all in place for the well-being of all of our guests. Please note that there is not a garage available to guests on this property, however, the driveway and area on the side of the house can accommodate 6+ vehicles.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage, one closet located in the master suite, and a storage area in the basement.

Other things to note
This home is "second-tier", not waterfront, and does not have a dock or boat slip for guest use.
