The master bedroom features a king bed and a fully remodeled en suite walk-in shower — your private retreat after a long day on the sugar-white sand of the Gulf of Mexico. The third bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, ideal for couples or additional adults in your group.
The second bedroom — known simply as the Bunk Room — is the crown jewel of Island Pass OB and the most talked-about feature in every family review we receive. With two sets of bunk beds and a trundle under each one, the bunk room sleeps up to six guests and is an absolute hit with kids of every age. Other things to note
Parking passes are required by the Phoenix complex and can be purchased at the front desk upon arrival. The current cost is $60 per vehicle for the duration of the stay (subject to change by the building). we do have access to overflow lots if needed for additional vehicles.
Guests must be at least 22 years old to book and must be present during the stay. This is a family-friendly property and building, so parties and large events are not permitted.
The Phoenix complex is a well-maintained beachfront property with resort-style amenities that are shared among all guests in the building. During peak travel seasons and holidays, common areas such as pools and elevators may be busy.
If your dates are not available, we also own another condo right next door in Phoenix VII. It is also listed on Airbnb and may have availability for the same timeframe, which can be helpful for guests with flexible travel dates or for larger groups wanting to stay close to each other.
