Whether you’re picking fruit from the orchard, wandering through our illuminated forest, or viewing the property from the kitchen through the wall of windows with coffee in hand, this property is designed for those who want to reconnect with nature without sacrificing modern comfort.


THE GROUNDS:

it's an outdoor sanctuary. Wander our private trail system, which transforms at night with 1,000 feet of enchanting LED lights, including a footbridge to an "island on the island" on the seasonal pond.

Depending on the time of year, feel free to pick fresh apples, cherries, or berries directly from the property.

Relaxation: Soak in the outdoor hot tub tucked under a canopy of trees, lounge in a variety of hammocks, or gather around the flagstone fire pit for starlit conversations.

The Approach: A long, poplar-lined country driveway leads you past our seasonal pond, setting a tone of total privacy.


THE CINEMA & GAME STUDIO

A short stroll across the yard leads to our climate-controlled detached studio—the ultimate entertainment hub.

Movie Night: Sink into power recliners or bean bags for movie night with the family with our DVD projector, library of several dozen DVD movies, and mini-fridge.

Games: Challenge your group to ping-pong or foosball, or open the garage door to expand the fun outside with cornhole, croquet, or Giant Yatzee.


THE MAIN HOUSE

The home features an open-concept layout with soaring lofted wood ceilings and abundant natural light from overhead skylights and a wall of windows looking out to the orchard and forest.

Gourmet Kitchen: Fully stocked and equipped with high quality appliances and thoughtful extras like an ice cream maker, rice cooker, crock pot and more. Features a dedicated coffee station (multiple brewing styles and local coffee provided).

High Speed Fiber Optic WiFi: Despite the seclusion, enjoy blazing-fast Fiber-to-the-Home internet, perfect for remote work or streaming.

Inside Entertaining: A 55-inch smart TV provides free access to Netflix to enjoy from extra comfortable living room seating.

Library: Features a "leave a book, take a book" bookshelf for guests to choose from. We also provide several local guide books to find your perfect hidden pocket beach or forest trail on the island.


SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Main Floor: Two serene bedrooms (one Queen with a dedicated work desk, one with two twin beds) and a full bath.

The Loft Suite: A private upstairs retreat featuring a queen bed, full en-suite bathroom, and a cozy reading nook.

Guest access
You will be given a code to unlock and lock the front door. Once inside you will find a physical key to access the detached studio movie and game house.

You will have full and private access to the 1680 square foot main house, the 600 square foot detached studio movie and game room, and all 2.5 acres of the property.

You will not have access to the two-car detached garage, which is used for equipment storage, or the "owner's closet" inside the house, used for cleaning supplies and inventory.

Please be aware that this is a partially forested rural setting which can include hazards such as stinging nettles, blackberry thickets and tripping hazards. We recommend that your kids be supervised and stick to the trails we have cleared when in the forested areas.
