The home sits on a corner lot with abundant pine trees and mature coastal landscape that provide a lot of privacy. Despite the prime location in the heart of this Nantucket styled community, and only a 2-minute walk to the beach, life at Isabella is one of tranquil seclusion. Right across the street you have access to a private park with lush green lawns.
The space
Inside, the first thing you will notice is how bright and open the home is with its vaulted living, dining, and kitchen spaces. Professionally decorated in a warm and inviting style, as you sit beside the fire you may find yourself admiring some of the characterful objects on display that have been collected over the years or finding an interesting book in the diverse library.
The living room is complete with a large flat screen TV, DVD player (with a large selection DVD’s) and a Yamaha sound bar, with Bluetooth so you can stream your own music. Cable TV is available as well as Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and other streaming services via TiVo.
A generously sized and beautiful equipped kitchen is sure to delight even the most discerning chef. At the heart is a professional Viking range surrounded by acres of butcher block counterspace. The drawers and cupboards are fully stocked with all the appliances, cooking utensils, and serving-ware you could possibly need!
The Master Suite is appointed with a second TV connected to cable and Wi-Fi streaming services. Here you’ll find a King bed with high-end Chattam and Wells pillow-top mattress. Open the French doors and wake up to the sound of waves crashing on the beach. There is plenty of space for your luggage, and a chest of drawers so you can unpack and make yourself at home. You’ll feel pampered in the spacious Master Bath. It’s stocked with soft towels and has a luxurious high flow rain-shower.
The second bedroom has a Queen size bed with Beautyrest mattress and will make guests of all ages feel at home. It has a desk and chest of drawers. Some have used the room as an office away from home for longer visits. Right outside the guest bedroom is a second fully appointed bathroom with tub/shower and provided with fresh towels.
Isabella has a full laundry/mudroom should you need to run a load of clothes or heat up some towels after a day at the beach. There is also a utility sink where your pup can be washed after a day frolicking in the sand.
Outside you can get the day started with a cup of coffee on the covered front porch. Enjoy a BBQ lunch on the brick paved back patio and finish your evening with a glass of wine or smores at the fire pit.

Full house and grounds, excluding detached garage. Community park across the street. Private community beach access.
Other things to note
Pet fees are added after the reservation is confirmed, based on the details you provide. Please review our pet policies under House Rules and below to understand the charges and requirements.
PET POLICIES:
1) A maximum of 2 dogs is permitted per stay. Dogs must be registered with us before arrival
2) $25 per dog per day, capped at $100 per week per dog
3) Dogs are not allowed on beds, sofas, or furniture
4) Extra cleaning needed due to excessive pet fur or damage may result in additional cleaning fees
5) Pets may not be left unattended in the home, car, or on the property — at any time
Our neighborhood follows strict pet policies. To help keep everyone safe and comfortable, please follow the rules below:
1) Dogs must be leashed at all times in common areas and neighborhood streets
2) Owners must pick up pet waste
3) Dogs may not cause excessive or persistent barking
If the rules above are violated, the HOA may issue fees that will be passed on to the guest:
1) Failure to remove pet waste – $75 per infraction
2) Persistently barking dog – $125 per infraction
3) Dog off-leash in neighborhood common areas – $100 per infraction
Important:
Should a dog be found on the property without prior approval, the reservation may be subject to cancellation and all guest payments forfeited.
