Located in the breezy foothills of Iolkos, our home stays naturally cooler than the city while being just 10 minutes by car from the Volos waterfront. This bright, modern maisonette sleeps 7 and sits perfectly on the road to Pelion, offering easy access to both the vibrant city and mountain villages.

The space
Our bright maisonette is the ideal "basecamp" for your Pelion adventure. Designed with a clean, contemporary aesthetic, the house offers a spacious and functional layout for families and groups.

Climate Control: To keep you comfortable during the sunny Greek afternoons, we have Air Conditioning in the front-facing rooms, ensuring a cool retreat after a day at the beach.

Living Area: A large, sun-filled lounge featuring a cozy fireplace—a favorite for autumn and winter stays.

Outdoor Space: A private yard for breakfasts and relaxing and a balcony to enjoy the sunset.

Parking: Skip the Volos parking struggle. We offer private parking for 2+ vehicles right at the house. Taxi to the town centre costs around €10 (depending on season)

The Location
Located on the main road to Pelion, you get the best of both worlds:
The City: 10 minutes to the Volos waterfront and its famous Tsipouradika.
The Mountain: A quick drive uphill to the stone-path villages of Portaria and Makrinitsa.
Local Life: Walking distance to the Theophilos Museum and local bakeries, tavernas, open outdoor swimming pool bar, river cafe etc

The guest can use all the rooms in the house and outdoor patio next to the kitchen

Other things to note
Our property is perfectly situated where the city ends and the beauty of nature begins.
Just a short walk away, you’ll find grocery stores and everyday conveniences.
Right on the main road, there’s a bus stop that takes you straight to the city center, ideal if you prefer not to drive.
The main Iolkou Str runs directly in front of the house, providing easy access to both the port and the heart of Volos, making it the perfect base to explore the city and its surroundings.
