They live in a separate home at the entrance, so you’ll have complete privacy, independence, and peace of mind.

Air Conditioning: Each bedroom is equipped with its own air conditioning unit and remote control, providing cooling for that individual room. Please note that the home does not have central air conditioning.
The house is designed to stay naturally comfortable, with breezy rooms, ceiling fans throughout, and shaded outdoor living spaces that make it easy to enjoy the warm climate.
For long-term rentals (one month or more), we charge separately for electricity (charged at 11 cordoba per kilowatt hour). The meter is recorded at check-in and check-out (and monthly). 10-day house cleaning and linen changes are provided free of charge. A starter set of toiletries and household supplies is provided upon start of rental. Need laundry? On-site laundry service (not self-serve) is just $5 for 12 items.
