Enjoy this Quaint Townhouse that has a Home Sweet Home appeal. Nested in the heart of Decatur near highway 285 and
I-20. Only 15 minutes from Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson international airport. Walking distance from popular restaurants like Burger King, Waffle House, Subway, Mo' Better Chicken and Chinese restaurant. Also there is a Family Dollar and Quiktrip are .04 miles away. Close to Marta transportation. With Fast Wifi and Streaming on multiple TVs, consider this your home away from home.

The space
THIS A NON SMOKING Listing. Please if you feel you need to go outside on porch or backyard to smoke book a place that will be more comfortable for your stay! Please feel free to feel at home. All rooms are available but please do not by any means use the closet in the smallest room it will be labeled do not open. Can't wait to share my home with you during your stay in Georgia and hope you enjoy the quaint homely feeling that I have for 10 years

There are 3 rooms and a pet area/room for pets.
(There is an additional pet fee that is $125-150)


From experience unfortunately:
If you arrive with more guest than booked on your reservation we will automatically cancel the reservation.
No exceptions! Please be truthful with your reservation.

Other things to note
HOUSE RULES
1) Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind inside the residence
2) NO LOITERING at anytime
3) PLEASE make sure all doors are locked and alarm is set when exiting the premise
4) PLEASE make sure all lights are turn off when leaving the residence
5) NO WASTE of any kind should be left on premise after your departure
6) ALL TRASH should be dump in the dumpster that is located on the community ground (PLEASE follow the necessary instructions about dumping)(the dumpster is located in the entrance of the development right behind the mail boxes) $10 fee if left trash is left behind.
7) All dirty towels or bed sheets should be place inside Laundry basket located inside the Laundry room
8) PLEASE discard all perishables out of the refrigerator before your final departure
9) Make sure no dirty dishes are left inside the dish washer
10) The closet in the smallroom which will be labeled is off limits please do not open or use this closet thank you so much.
11.) no parties (unless discussed and cleared with inn Lane hosts
12.) Due to Covid-19, PLEASE wash hands continually as needed for your protection as well as others

Its family neighborly community with many diverse neighbors. It is a close nit community each townhouse is attached. Still be careful coming in and out as you would any where with new surroundings. People are nosy but friendly you might meet a friendly neighbor in this cul-de-sac nestled in the heart of East Decatur.
