Welcome to this private, serene 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence nestled in the sought-after Inman Park neighborhood of Atlanta. With 3 thoughtfully designed bedrooms and an exceptionally private, fenced backyard, this Inman Park gem is perfect for the wise traveller who is seeking serenity, calm and above all else, privacy.




Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting open-concept living area. The spacious living room with gleaming hardwood floors and a cozy fireplace, makes it an ideal space for relaxing or entertaining. The living room flows seamlessly into the dining room, where a selection of cookbooks awaits your next culinary inspiration.

Adjacent to the dining area, the well-appointed kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, ample custom cabinetry and quartz countertops, catering to both the aspiring chef and everyday cook. The kitchen has all of the modern appliances you need for a great meal: most notable are a Vitamix, toaster oven, and Cuisinart food processor.

The cozy den features a Lee Industries couch upholstered in fine blue linen and a Samsung TV loaded with all of the modern streaming services one expects. The second bathroom is equally stylish, offering modern amenities. The custom built, double sink vanity with a marble top and designer lighting. Settle in and relax with a bath in the soaking tub!

The backyard is bordered by an 8 foot tall solid wood fence, creating a completely private retreat for entertaining or relaxing with total peace of mind.

Enjoy the original art throughout the house from mostly Southern artists as well as a selection of art, design, photography books. We also offer off-street parking so you can leave your car behind without worry to explore one of the most walkable neighborhoods in Atlanta.

We have been living in Inman Park for over 20 years and we are not professional AirBNB hosts. We love our neighborhood and hope you enjoy as much as we do.
