The space
Welcome to Indy Luxe Loft, a sleek and inviting 1,500 sq. ft. townhome designed for comfort and connection. This fully private retreat occupies the second and third floors above a quiet commercial space, giving you the best of both privacy and proximity to Indy’s energy.

The main floor offers everything you need for a relaxing stay or entertaining with friends/family: a stylish living room with a pull out couch, dining area, and shuffleboard for a little friendly competition. The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking a breeze, while the dedicated work-from-home station ensures productivity when needed. This floor also features a serene bedroom with a king-sized bed and an updated bathroom down the hall.

Upstairs, the third floor opens into a bright studio-style suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, private toilet room and closet. It’s a private retreat within your retreat, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. It is important to note that there is no door to the third floor bedroom staircase.

Step outside to enjoy your own spacious patio, complete with comfortable seating and a grill. Ideal for dining under the stars or gathering with friends. With a one-car garage and plenty of off-street parking, you’ll have both convenience and peace of mind throughout your stay.

Whether you’re here for work, a getaway, or to explore the city, Indy Luxe Loft delivers a modern urban feel with the cozy touches that make it feel like home.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire home (outside of the locked storage closet and commercial space on the first floor). This access includes the private 1-car garage, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, patio, fully stocked kitchen, and more!

Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE: This home has two sets of stairs that are required to access the entire property. If this will be an issue for you or your guests, we advise you to consider before booking.
