🐶 Pets under 20 lbs are welcome
♿ Service & Emotional Support Animals are exempt from weight limits.
🐕🦺 Maximum of 2 pets allowed.
🧼 A $300 cleaning fee applies if you bring pets (per stay, not per pet). This fee will be added to your booking either at the time of your reservation or afterward if pets are disclosed later.

• No parties or outside music
• Must be 21+ to book
• Maximum occupancy: 14 guests (children under 18 not included in count)
• Guest names must be submitted prior to check-in

We hope you have an amazing stay at Indio Blue House! To help us prepare the home for the next guests and keep everything running smoothly, we kindly ask guests to follow the simple check-out instructions provided before departure.
This includes:
• Taking out trash
• Turning off lights, fans, AC, and water features
• Closing umbrellas and windows
• Respecting check-out time
Additional cleaning, damage, late check-out, HOA, or city violation charges may apply only in cases of excessive mess, damage, rule violations, or unauthorized late departures.
