The apartment "Il Rustico" is located in Blevio, in the historic village of Cazzanore, just 5 km from Como.
Our guests can relax in a typical accommodation with stone walls, wooden beams and a magnificent lake view, equipped with a jacuzzi tub, air conditioning and an exclusive wine cellar.

You can enjoy the beauty of Lake Como with walks between the lake and the mountains on the ancient Regia road, visit the beautiful villas or admire the landscape with a boat trip.

The space
The house, which is easily accessible, is located in the hamlet of Cazzanore di Blevio and is only 200 meters from the bus stop and 2 km from the boat stop.
You can park for free just 50 meters from the apartment and reach it by the pedestrian street in the historic village.

The vacation home is spread over three floors.

Upon entering, you will find a living room equipped with a 6-seater solid wood dining table, sofa, wine cellar with a selection of Italian wines, gin and local beers (you will find the price list upon arrival or after booking), fireplace, 43" TV with Prime Video and Disney+ subscription and two windows overlooking the lake.
From the ground floor you can access the kitchen equipped with induction hob, refrigerator freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom has a washer/dryer, toilet, bidet and a very comfortable Jacuzzi hot tub.

On the first floor, you will find the very spacious double bedroom with magnificent lake views and access to the sofa terrace where you can enjoy unforgettable relaxation.

On the semi-floor you will find the second bedroom in a typical Lake Como room called "crotto": an environment that remains naturally cool in summer and warm in winter. Here you will find a second TV, a double bed and a single bed.

- The price does not include the accommodation tax to be paid before check-out (€2.00 per day per person over 12 years of age);
- To pamper our guests, we have created a real exclusive wine cellar with a selection of Italian wines, gin and local beers.
