Come on in ya'll! Sit, relax, and enjoy your stay in our stunning Iles Oasis Garage Apartment. This beautiful place is gated and at the end of a long Private Drive. It is attached to the main house by a gorgeous Porte-Cochere where my husband and I reside. The apartment is 530 sq. ft. open concept with a modern french country farmhouse feel. The space
Ya'll, this beautiful space is a brand new construction designed with ease and comfortable living in mind. The 530 square foot above garage apartment has an open floor plan with a modern French country feel. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress that you can sink into dressed with luxury bamboo sheets. This area overlooks our peaceful lagoon! The bathroom has a beautiful tile shower and is stocked with most toiletries you should need, including plush towels and linens.
The living area has a gorgeous green velvet sofa that folds out into a bed, along with 2 antique chairs and a plush shag rug that screams COMFORT! The is a mini split in the space and can be adjusted to your comfort level. There's a 42" smart TV mounted on a gorgeous reclaimed wood wall. You can watch TV from all the rooms. There's WIFI, so feel free to log in to anything you are subscribed to.
The kitchen features a large handcrafted island with four barstools for dining. The kitchen has a glass top flat stove top with an oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and microwave. Small appliances include Single serve Kuerig and 4 coffee pods provided, blender, mixer, and toaster are also available. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, glassware, and some cookware. To the left of the kitchen is a designated workspace with some office supplies and a surge protector.
The outdoor space boasts that beautiful Louisiana landscape and may just be your favorite part of our little oasis! The outdoor space faces away from the main house for privacy and includes a covered porch at the apartment level and a covered patio on the ground level. The patio comes with a brand new outdoor sofa, table, and small grill. If you choose to grill, you will need to provide charcoal, lighter fluid, and lighter. There is an overflow from Brushy Bayou in the back of the place I call it a "Lagoon" that brings in wildlife from time to time like ducks, geese, otters, turtles It's nice to just sit out there and let your mind rest.
The washer and dryer are located in the garage. Laundry detergent and fabric sheets provided. The iron and ironing board is in the apartment closet.
The pool area is available to all guests and includes a hot tub, outdoor TV, and full kitchen. Bring your beach towel with you please, and leave provided towels in the apartment. Pool hours are 12-8. Subject to close due to weather. Gate code and door entry code will be given prior to stay.
There are homemade crafts either handmade or reinvented throughout the space, created by me. I like to call them ReVampt and ReGlampt pieces. They are for sale. The info is in the apartment. The items are numbered and cataloged in a notebook. Simply pay and scratch through item number and description.
My husband and I have designed and hand built everything in this space by ourselves and take a lot of pride in our hard work. We are so excited to share it with you! Thank you so much!

There is a lovely patio space with outdoor furniture where you can sit in privacy and enjoy the wonderful sounds of nature. There is also a grill for cooking up a hamburger! The shared pool area also has a glass top stove, oven, microwave, sink, and gas grill. There is also a refrigerator and a 52" TV. Pool area hours are 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. The pool area might be closed in the winter months. There is cornhole and badminton setup by the pool area (seasonally)
Other things to note
Iles Oasis is like living in the country but a stones throw from the city. We are 10 to 15 minutes from downtown or the Casino's, great restaurants. Interstate is just a mile from us. Literally, the grocery stores and gas stations, fast food, and stores are within walking distance. We are lucky to be out of the city limits but are yet so close to the city. I'd say that's perfect. We also have fresh eggs most of the time if you want some!
