Before you arrive: Review your guest form and ensure all accessing guests are listed. Only authorized guests are allowed.
✅ Self Check-In and Check-out
We’ve made your arrival and departure as smooth as possible with a smart lock. Check-in is available from 3PM. To access the property, register as guest at the front desk. Head to the mailroom to retrieve your keycard access.
For check-out, please ensure all windows and doors are securely closed and locked before leaving. Additionally, turn off all lights, appliances, and air conditioning before you go. Make sure to close the main door. Kindly return the keycard in our mailbox. Check-out time is by 12PM.
✅ Use of Property Amenities
Guest have access to the property's shared amenities. However, additional fees may be collected as set by the property. All guest must adhere to the rules and policies set by Studio City in addition to the host's house rules.
