🚪 GATE ACCESS
For security reasons, only guests submitted in advance will be permitted through the gate. Anyone not on the approved list will be turned away, so please be sure all information is provided ahead of time.

The home offers keyless entry for convenience. Your keypad code will be sent 24–48 hours before arrival, once all required check-in steps are completed

Pool and spa heat is available for $35/night and is recommended during cooler months, especially October through April.
♨️ SPA ONLY HEAT:
Spa-only heating is available for $25/night if you would like to use the spa as a jacuzzi, especially in the evenings.
🍔 BBQ Grill
A gas BBQ grill is available for a one-time fee of $85 for the entire stay, subject to availability. One propane tank, delivery, and cleanup are included. Please request this at least 1 week before arrival.
💦 POOL AND SPA HEATING NOTES:
⚡Pool heat runs from 9 AM – 9 PM and is set to 86°F
⚡Pool heat is affected by outdoor temperatures
⚡If weather drops below 60°F, the pool may not reach the desired temperature
⚡We recommend allowing the pool to reach the desired temperature before turning on the spa
⚡Spa heat must be added if you want to use the spa as a heated jacuzzi
⚡Weekly pool cleanings are scheduled, so you may see our pool team during your stay.
📽 OUTDOOR POOL PROJECTOR
The outdoor projector works best at night when there is little to no ambient light outside. It’s perfect for cozy poolside movie nights under the string lights. 🎬✨
🧼 STARTER PACKS:
We provide a starter pack of essentials for your convenience, including soaps, washer pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, and more.
This is a self-catering vacation home after the starter supplies. For your convenience, there are two Publix supermarkets within approximately 2 miles, along with Walgreens, CVS, and other shops nearby.
🗑 DAILY TRASH PICKUP:
Trash is picked up daily between approximately 7 AM and 8 AM.
Please place trash bags inside the brown trash bench/bin located by the entry door.
⚡ SAFETY AND SECURITY:
