As our home is located in a tropical destination, occasional sightings of small insects (such as ants or similar common tropical bugs) can happen from time to time, even in well-maintained spaces. This is a natural part of the island environment.
To minimize this as much as possible, the building conducts regular, property-wide pest control treatments. In addition, our team schedules routine preventative treatments within the unit to maintain a clean and comfortable space for our guests.
Please note that during your stay, there may be scheduled visits by licensed pest control vendors as part of the building’s ongoing maintenance program. These treatments are safe, odorless, and designed to be minimally disruptive.
We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation should your stay coincide with any scheduled service, as these efforts are in place to ensure a consistently well-maintained environment for all residents and guests.

***Pool & Jacuzzi Temporary Closure Notice***
Please be informed that the 6th floor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, and Pool Deck areas will be temporarily closed for annual preventative maintenance, cleaning, and repairs.
Closure Schedule:
Starts: Sunday, November 8,2026 at 9:00 PM
Reopens: Monday, November 16,2026 at 7:00 AM (weather permitting)
During this time, the entire pool deck area, including the Jacuzzi and amenities, will be unavailable and access will be secured.
Additional lounge chairs will be available in the recreation deck area for guest use during regular hours.
We appreciate your understanding as these important improvements are completed to ensure a safe and well-maintained facility for everyone.
*Please kindly refrain from smoking inside the property or in areas not designated for smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and near the property. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a fine of $1000. Should the building management issue a citation to us as owners and hosts, we will escalate the matter to Airbnb for further action. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Fees subject to change, kindly check office/FD for updated rates and terms.
***Please be informed that the building management follows a mandatory water shut-off schedule every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month from 9am-12pm only to give way to maintenance services.
***Check Out Cleaning:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
***If you want to cancel your booking, please note that we follow Airbnb's Strict cancellation policy. Also, we are unable to fulfill requests to shorten trip duration.
