Welcome to our slice of Hawaiian paradise! This modern condo offers a perfect blend of comfort and luxury in the heart of Waikiki. Just steps away from the famed beaches and vibrant, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private lanai with breathtaking ocean views. Dive into the pool or unwind in the hot tub after a day of exploring. -Air conditioner in the unit is a window-type model. Please note that it can produce a noticeable operating sound, which might not be ideal for guests who require a completely quiet environment for restful sleep.

-We are in fact located in the heart of Waikiki - which has a night time recreational life style; it can get noisy in the building's surrounding area at night for those who are sensitive to sounds or "city noise" as this is indeed a city that you will be living in.

Parking is as follows:

Height for garage entrance is 6 feet 5 inches; vehicles with heightened wheels are not recommended. It is located to the right of the Island Colony building when you drive up on Seaside Ave. You enter through the shack.

Parking is $47 for 24 hours (subject to change), with unlimited in-and-out privileges. When you drive up the ramp to the garage, you will first pull out a ticket (keep that for your time-stamp as you will also need it to get out the garage for the first time too, do not lose it).

The Parking Pass Machine is located directly across the check in front desk (card only payment). You can purchase one pass, or multiple passes at the same time. 24 hour is calculated by the time you first entered the garage and the last time you exited the garage, NOT by calendar days. You can only purchase passes on the spot. There is no online reservation.

Price is as follows: $47 for 24-hour; $94 for 48-hour; $141 for 72-hour; $188 for 96-hour; and $272 for 120-hour. Please purchase multiple passes in advance for those who need more than 24 hour parking. You can also roam around Waikiki parking structures to find a better parking rate.

When you have purchased the parking passes and are getting out the garage for the first time:

1) scan the initial pulled out ticket FIRST, then 2) scan your parking pass to get out the garage.

When you get into the garage the next time, you will NOT need to pull out another ticket but just scan your parking pass. You keep scanning the same pass until the exit machine tells you that this pass has expired, THEN you will scan a NEW parking pass that you have purchased in advance.

Please remember to have new passes ready when the old pass is expiring. ***If you exit the garage after your pass has expired and have no new passes, you will have to pay the extra normal per-hour fees (which we wouldn't want that to happen).

Parking space is first come, first serve. No reservations can be made in advance. There is typically ample parking in the garage if you do not arrive pass midnight.

After you park, you can take the parking elevators to arrive at the lobby, and transfer onto the regular building elevators to get to your room.

There is also free parking running along the Ala Wai river but it can be very difficult to find one as everyone is competing for free parking although not impossible. Please remember to remove your car from 8:30am to 11:30am on Mondays and Fridays for the city's street cleaning service. Cars parked during these hours will be towed. Metered parking is only free on Sundays.

Other things to note
- Mailing to the unit is NOT possible; we apologize that we do not provide this service.

- We provide 1 Large Body Towel, 1 Medium Towel, 1 Face Towel, 1 Pool Towel (Per Guest).

- Linen: we are Airbnb and do not operate like the hotel so please notate that we do not replace the linen in this room and do not provide extra towels. You can refresh the towels in the laundry room on the 6th floor using the detergents we have provided in the cabinet. You are always encouraged to bring your own extra towels.

- We also do not provide housekeeping services.

-This room is usually supplied for 4 people, anything over that is past the max capacity and the building will not allow for it.

- There are ***NO BABY*** gears and supplies provided because the room is too tight to have them long term. However it is not impossible to fit them during your stay and you can rent them from BabyQuip. They have Pack N Play and many other baby necessities.
