Centrally located downtown, this gorgeous escape is truly livable. Fully equipped chefs kitchen opens into the large living & dining space, with Frame TV and fireplace. 3BR & private back deck offer plenty of space together or alone.

The space
Hazel Modernist 6 is a ground-up new build by HyltonDaniel design +construction, created by Alicia Hylton-Daniel, interior designer and general contractor. It is the 6th in her series of Modernist homes, intentionally imagined and situated in Durham, and fully yours during your stay.

This luxury 3 bedroom get-away has all the comforts and amenities you deserve. You'll find:
- Primary king bedroom with gorgeous en suite bath, grand glass-enclosed step-in shower and walk-in closet.
- One double and one queen bedrooms, each enjoy tree-top city views, including One City Center.
- A shared hallway bath reveals stunning B&W geometric tile layout only an interior designer could conceive.
- Beautiful Beekman bath products in all our baths.
- A first floor half-bath and mudroom, just off the kitchen, are accessible from back steps and your private back deck with herb planters.
- One 65" Frame TV in the open space living - dining - kitchen with total wifi streaming capabilities. Living - Dining - Kitchen space is enhanced with sleek gas fireplace.
- Chef's kitchen offers all the tools you need for explorative culinary adventures.
- We've provided Comfort-touch Nest thermostat that controls the new, efficient HVAC system, and a whole-house dehumidifier maintains freshness and clean air quality.
- Tankless water heater ensures hot water is available on demand, at all times.
