Escape to a modern round house on 53 private forest acres near Woodstock. Enjoy mountain views, a hot tub, heated floors, and luxe design crafted for rest and inspiration. Every window opens to nature, every detail built with care. Cozy up by the woodstove, stargaze from the deck, or unwind in the hot tub. Near top hikes, ski slopes, and Hudson Valley towns. Your serene retreat among the trees awaits.

The space
Every detail of the Round House is designed to bring you closer to nature. Sunlight floods the open circular layout, where each window frames the forest. Upstairs, the loft invites cozy lounging on the emerald couch, while the woodstove below warms soft vegan leather seating perfect for reading or conversation.

The primary suite feels like a spa retreat- its Italian inspired bathroom features a heated soaking tub for two, a marble double vanity, and a rain shower. The guest bath, “The Cave,” wraps you in dark tiles and golden light.

Step onto the wraparound deck perched 20 feet above the forest floor to grill, sip morning coffee, or stargaze at night. Set the mood inside with color-changing Bluetooth lights that cast a magical glow across the round space.

Luxury amenities include heated floors, cotton linens, and a jetted tub, crafted with care for deep rest and connection. Built by me, Zach, with help from the local community, this space is more than a stay, it’s a home among the trees, a creative retreat.

Guest access
You’ll have access to the entire round house (except the crawl space/utility room) and the 53 private acres with trails. The aerial silks (circus arts apparatus) are locked and off limits for safety.

Other things to note
If you’d like to book a massage during your stay, we have trusted massage therapists available by appointment. Please message at least 5 days in advance to arrange your session.

The home includes two queen beds (one in each bedroom) and an optional air mattress in the loft to accommodate a 5th and 6th guest.

The Round House is a private structure surrounded by 53 acres of forest. The land is occasionally shared with myself or the property manager, who lives in a barn about 150 feet away. You may see this structure in the exterior photos.

There’s also a gold leaf print by an artist who creates abstract floral erotica in the guest bathroom. If you’re visiting with someone who you’d prefer not see imagery of this kind, just let me know before arrival and I’ll happily remove it for your stay.
