Conveniently located near trails with plenty of parking for trailers, its the perfect home base for snowmobiling, hiking, and exploring the UP-then relaxing together after a full day outdoors.

The space
This spacious, newly updated home sleeps up to 8 guests and is designed for comfort, convenience, and gathering. The property features three bedrooms, including two king beds and a bunk room with a full bed under a twin and a trundle, making it ideal for families and groups.

The home offers one remodeled bathroom, a fully updated kitchen, and a dedicated coffee bar to start your mornings right. Relax in the open living area with a large sectional sofa and ample seating, plus a dining table perfect for meals and game nights. Additional conveniences include a new washer and dryer and plenty of parking , including space for trailers-ideal for snowmobiles and outdoor gear.

Thoughtfully designed and comfortable year-round, this is an easy, welcoming base for exploring the Upper Peninsula.

Guest access
Guests will have full, private access to the entire home during their stay. This includes all bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry, and parking areas. The garage is not accessible to guests and will remained locked.

This home is located in a peaceful, wooded Upper Peninsula setting, offering privacy and a true escape. As with many properties in the UP, seasonal insects are common, even with professional pest control. Guests may occasionally notice flies or millepedes, particularly during warmer months or seasonal weather changes.
