The apartment, newly built and renovated in 2022, offers 65m² of space for up to 4 people.

Ground floor includes the entrance area, bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine, kitchen, dining area and living area with a pull-out sofa and TV.

From the living area, you can access the small terrace with seating and views of the garden.

A wooden staircase leads from the living area to the gallery. Here is the bedroom with two separate beds.
