Featuring :
4 bedrooms, with different configurations available depending on your group, multiple social spaces/living areas and a great outdoor courtyard with fireplace and BBQ
PLUS a BDSM room that's far enough from bedrooms that no one will be the wiser (lockable during the day) and with it's own toilet and shower.
Keep the kids happy with a kids toy room, Playstation 3, 4 TVs loaded with Disney + and other streaming services
The space
Great for large groups, at 230m² there's plenty of room for everyone, bring a group of friends, try out the giant emperor beds, put on a show with the exercise pole, or take it to the dungeon for more fun.
Please note the BDSM room is quite separate to the rest of the house, through a lockable door hidden away, it is a perfect holiday home for family's with great facilities for the kids, keep them amused with the outdoor train train track and their own kids area, then when the sun goes down and kids are in bed, Mum and Dad can have some quality alone time.
Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom and courtyard access
Bedroom 2 has 2 king singles or an Emporer (bigger than a californian king!) bed and colour changing lights
Bedroom 3 has a king bed and colour changing lights
Bedroom 4 has an Emporer bed or 2 king singles for the kids, sofa bed, TV with disney, Playstation 3, "exercise pole" and colour changing lights
BDSM room, has a St Andrews cross, sofa bed, various adult toys, colour changing lights, bluetooth speaker and ensuite bathroom
Kids room has various toys and books and TV with Disney +
Large spa bathtub for 2
Outdoor area has an outdoor fire, lighting, outdoor table and chairs and big BBQ
2 big heat pumps provide warmth and cooling upstairs.
A portacot with sheets is available on request
Large outdoor train tracks to run the Polar Express!
Bedrooms 2 and 4 can be configured as either 2 king singles or californian kings
Note that the living space and most of the bedrooms are upstairs.

The whole house and backyard is yours, so privacy is assured. the courtyard is private and not overlooked by any neighbours

Breakfast cereals, fruit, milk, coffee (Nespresso Machine), tea, hot chocolate, and bread for toast with spreads
