Parking: Convenient parking is available in a private two-car garage accessible from the alley.

Other things to note
For your convenience, we provide three propane tanks—one for the grill and one for the fire pit and one full in garage. We guarantee that at least one tank will be full in garage when you arrive. The tanks attached to grill and fire pit may be full or partially used. If you use all of the propane during your stay, additional propane can be obtained by exchanging an empty tank at a local retailer for approximately $20–25.

Noise Monitoring: This property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. The device monitors outdoor decibel levels during quiet hours to proactively prevent noise issues. It does not record any voices or conversations, ensuring your privacy is fully protected.

Security Cameras: For your security, there are Ring cameras located at the front and back doors.
