Here you will find everything for a relaxing holiday. The house is located 8 km from the airport Athens and just 100 meters from the sea. In the near surroundings there are numerous beaches and the port of Rafina (8 Km).

The space
The house is a so-called classic Greek weekend house. It has around 50m2. It consists of a bedroom with air co, queen size bed, and mosquito net. The living room offers a couch that can be opened that two adults or children can sleep in it. A TV with SAT Astra you will find as well. In the wintertime, we add a portable heater and in the summer a fan. The router is located in the living room.
The bathroom consists of a sink, shower, and toilet.
The kitchen offers surely a lot since the house is also in private use.
You can use as you feel comfortable the terrace in front with view to the street or the terrace to the back with a view to the back garden with its lemon trees.

Guest access
The house is fenced in and at the time of your stay, it will be just yours. We just need to enter for watering the flowers, plants, and trees after your heads up.
