The Space
This three-bedroom, two-bath home offers privacy and lakefront relaxation. The master suite is located upstairs, featuring a comfortable king bed, full master bath, and beautiful lake views from the main living area.

Downstairs, two private bedrooms and a shared bathroom are accessible by an exterior entrance—ideal for families, friends, or couples seeking both togetherness and privacy during their stay.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire home, including the upper and lower levels, deck, and the shared dock for mooring boats. Onsite parking is provided. Swimming off the dock is at your own risk as there are no lifeguards on duty.

Location
Conveniently located near downtown Hot Springs National Park, local restaurants, and Garvan Woodland Gardens. Guests enjoy direct lake access while remaining close to the area's top attractions and natural beauty.

House Rules
• Pets allowed – up to 2 house-trained dogs (additional $60 cleaning fee).
• Events not allowed.
• Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes not allowed.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• Commercial photography and filming permitted.
• Maximum number of guests: 6.
• Check-in: 3:00 PM (flexible) | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
• Swimming off the dock is at your own risk (no lifeguards).
• Guest assumes full responsibility for the safety of all occupants, including children, and agrees to hold homeowner harmless for any accidents or injuries that occur on the property or in the lake area.

The home features two levels:

Main floor: Living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, the master bedroom, walk-in closet and laundry and a spacious master bathroom.

Lower level: Two cozy bedrooms and a ¾ bath (shower only), accessed only via a separate exterior entrance — ideal for added privacy.

Other things to note
We welcome one well-behaved, house-trained dog for an additional $60 pet cleaning fee (collected separately).

Please note: Lake Hamilton water levels are seasonally lowered from late October through early March.
