Just off Central Avenue, our quiet, safe neighborhood offers easy access to Hot Springs’ top attractions. This cozy upstairs loft in our A-frame home was fully renovated in 2022, featuring a modern kitchen, new appliances, 1 bedroom, and 1 bath. Relax on the covered porch with your coffee and take in the serene forest views. Book your peaceful getaway now!

The space
The house has two units, one upstairs and one downstairs (also available on Airbnb: The Owl House), with separate parking and entrances. You have exclusive access to the upstairs unit. There is one bedroom, one bathroom, and an open living room, dining room, and kitchen.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire upstairs. This is a 2-unit property as there is another unit downstairs.

Other things to note
Please observe our quiet hours from 10 pm to 8:00 am, as there may be other guests staying in the downstairs unit. 1 Pet Max with a mandatory fee!
