Neighborhood highlights

This prime location in Oceanside's "Loma Alta" neighborhood is in a very quiet area. Plus just a couple short blocks from Coast Hwy and tons of Restaurants, Shopping, Bars, Amazing Coffee, Organic/Gluten Free Eateries, Train Station, and quintessential SoCal people watching. !!Just Upgraded to King Size Bed !!!New Tile Floor In Master Bedroom!!!

Note: Owner lives on property in back of unit totally separated from guest suite. Owner has dogs that may bark occasionally. Wednesday morning is street sweeping you can park in the driveway on Tuesday night. There is an airport nearby but it is small and relatively quite.
